An experienced general manager and chartered accountant, Richard’s career includes senior European roles with international leasing companies, one of which involved the setting up and running of a European financing joint venture with a major global IT manufacturer. More recently, he was COO of an innovative vendor leasing services/software company operating in the US and Europe.

A former Joint Managing Director of Lombard Corporate Finance, Malcolm has also held a number of senior management positions with leading asset finance companies, including Rolls-Royce & Partners and PSA Finance PLC.

Mike Roberts – Partner, London, UK

Marc Tendler – Partner, London, UK

George Tonks – Partner, London, UK

Michele Baglio – Associate, Milan, Italy
Michele brings over 25 years experience of the Italian finance market to Invigors EMEA, the majority of which has been spent in senior executive positions in vendor finance. Michele established, developed and managed the captive leasing business for a global IT solutions provider in Italy for six years during which he was fully responsible for executing the startup of a fully operational leasing company, implementing legal and compliance processes and procedures, restructuring and motivating the sales team and building relationships with the vendor partner network.
In 2007 Michele was recruited by the finance division of another global IT solutions provider and implemented a turn-around strategy for their Italian business. He restructured the organisation including refocusing and incentivising the sales team, leveraged relationships with the corporate sales organisation and partner network and implemented new commercial agreements across EMEA with a major leasing partner for the small ticket business.
Michele also has extensive experience of management roles in independent and vehicle leasing specialists.

John Grimmett – Advisor-CEE, London, UK
With 30 years on-the-ground experience, John has grown and advised leasing companies across most CEE markets.
