Miguel has a broad experience in the financial services industry. He worked in Alta Group EMEA as principal in Spain until 2011. Prior to that, Miguel was chairman and CEO of ING Lease Spain as well as the main executive of ING´s Spanish operational lease unit. He was formerly General Manager and member of the Board of Banesto Leasing (currently Santander).
Miguel has also had leading responsibilities in M&A and Capital Markets units within entities such as Arcano, FG Inversiones (later on acquired by Merrill Lynch) and Continental Illinois National Bank.
He first initiated his career in Lloyds Bank, where he held different positions, having been involved in banking services in Continental Bank.
Miguel is a member of the College of Economists of Madrid.
