Jose Manuel Mesonero
My career began at Crédit Commercial de France (HSBC) in May 1987, where I held a range of roles before becoming Commercial Director, a position I held until October 1999.
In October 1999, I joined ING Lease Spain as Commercial Director, remaining in this role until January 2007. I then moved to Crédit Agricole Leasing Spain, where I was responsible for developing real estate and renewable energy project activities.
In June 2011, I was appointed General Manager of the leasing business. In July 2015, my responsibilities expanded to include General Manager of the factoring business within Eurofactor.
In 2017, both activities were merged, and I was appointed CEO of the newly formed entity, Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring. I held this position until my retirement in August 2023.
