Tim Pearce

An international business programme manager with a reputation for planning and executing valuable, strategic change in the way a business is structured and operates.

Working closely with those operationally responsible, Tim has achieved considerable success designing programmes that align operations to corporate priorities, to deliver on optimisation, sustainability, security and digitisation/productivity. Most recently he was responsible for managing the global programmes that brought together, re-positioned and broadened the reach of Xerox’s ‘as a service’ print and digital offerings. This was after being regionally responsible for the lifecycles of many of the underlying managed services.

His areas of focus include: business and programme planning; offer development and lifecycle management; go to market / routes to market; partner / supplier management; process development and improvement; systems selection and implementation; services enablement; change management; and marketing.
